What services do we provide?
Roof and property Inspection
We will provide a basic or comprehensive inspection of your roof or property. This can be a general inspection of the condition of your roof or can be more detailed views of specific areas that have issues, such as chimneys, walls, gutters.
Aerial photography of property
we can also take photos of your land or property, showing the country and city around it from a perspective that you would never normally get to enjoy.
What does it cost for a roof inspection?
At the moment we have an offer for roof inspections, starting at £60 for a basic inspection and £110 for a comprehensive inspection.
These prices are based on a standard roof of a 2 bedroom home in Scotland and will vary depending upon the size and complexity of the roof. Larger roofs and those with more complex structures or extensions will cost more.
Our service will check over your roof in detail according to which level of inspection you choose. All inspection are visual only, giving the customer photos or video by email to be able to check their own roof. Any report that we provide is not a guarantee of accuracy to spot all issues as we are not surveyors, this would cost a lot more. We provide some observations of condition purely as an extra service and help for our customers.
What does it cost for aerial photography of property?
This will vary depending upon the job involved and whether it is at the same time as having a roof inspection.
