EYEBORNE
THE EYE IN THE SKY
AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY & INSPECTIONS
Our Objective:
We aim to provide our customers with a good inspection and photography service at a very competitive price. It is important to keep your home, especially the roof in good condition for comfortable living and to avoid expensive repairs in the future.
With todays ever inceasing prices, we find it important to try to offer the best possible value. We offer a solid service which is affordable for a wider audience. We achieve this by keeping things simple. We dont have heat detection systems or large drones with multiple mounted cameras. Instead we choose to use small reliable drones which do the job and do it well. This reduces costs, overheads, avoids many flight restrictions and hefty insurance. This benefits the customer as these saving are passed forward.
There is a saying, look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves. This is similar to your property. The roof is one of the most important parts. Look after your roof and everything else will remain in much better condition. Cracked/missing slates and tiles, damaged flashing, valleys and gutters that go unnoticed can quickly escalate from a minor issue when water starts to seep in, into all sorts of major issues including damp, mould, rot and cracks deteriorating your home.
Why Choose a drone survey with Eyeborne?
Generally more affordable
We work to keep costs down and give a more affordable service which still provides the detail you require.
View of entire roof
Many areas of a roof can be hard to inspect while so close to it. Being able to take photos from a distance gives the wider picture. There can be areas which are also hard to safely access such as at the roof edges, fragile or damaged slates/tiles or under structure but are no issue for a drone.
Customer/client gets to see for themself (photos provided)
You dont have to rely upon someone else spotting an issue or accurately describing it. As a customer, there can often be discomfort having to just hand over money for work they are told is required. Are you sure its needed? Now you can be supplied with photos and inspect your own roof. Had work done and wonder if its been done to your satisfaction? Now you can request an inspection and see for yourself.
Less time consuming
A drone inspection is far less time consuming without ladders and time involved to look over the entire roof. This reflects in a saving of time and money for the client.
No damage
No matter how careful, walking on a roof can always cause damage, especially for older slates/tiles where aging nails or damaged wood below can cause slates to slip or crack. There is also damage from roof access. A ladder against a gutter always has the chance to loosen joints or damage the gutter. Inspection from drone eliminates all this with no contact with the building required.
